Canceled 10/4/24 received bill
I canceled service at the beginning of October 2024. I was billed $30 for October and then Xfinity took another $30 from my credit card. I deleted my credit card payment information at that point to prevent any more unauthorized charges.
i just received a bill for $30 from Xfinity .
i also put a dispute on my credit card, which Xfinity has until February to respond to.
i have spent hours and hours online and phone trying to resolve this. Ridiculous.
