Canceling service

Hello,

I have been trying to cancel my service since August, but i keep getting billed. I have talked to 4 different representatives, each of which told me that my service has been canceled, from August through today. Instead, I keep getting billed. I need this to be resolved -- this bill should have been canceled as of 9/5, per my August request. Thank you.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
