Canceling services

I asked you soooo many times to just end the services many weeks ago but you people just keep charging me. What [Edited: "Language"] is wrong with you????

why do you make it soo hard for people to just cancel!!!

i called twice and i was told that the service will end  this month but i just got charged again for next month!!!!

i will file a complaint against you [Edited: "Language"] company!!

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
