Cancellation

I need to cancel service and close my account. I've moved to a new address and no longer need xfinity service.

Please advise on how to close my account and receive confirmation of closure.

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears.
