Cancellation/Last Bill

I canceled internet service on 6/20. I just received my billing statement today and it says I owe $82 from this period (through June 29) and then $82 for next month. Plus a $10 late fee, which is weird because we had autopay on (apparently it was disabled when we cancelled). Is this how we will actually be billed or should we receive a final bill in the mail that only includes a prorate through June 20? Thank you.

Did you cancel on 6/20 or 5/20?

Hello @user_7a82d9. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. I know how important it is to understand all of your billing concerns and I would love to help. When you disconnect services it takes about 30 days for a prorated bill to generate from the date you cancel services. In the meantime you can wait for that prorated bill to be posted to your account. Does that help clarify your question?

Yes, thank you. So just disregard the current statement that says $175?

Yes, that is correct as you will receive a final billing statement with the prorated details. I can take a look at your billing details just to confirm everything is correct with the disconnect. If you would like to reach out through Direct Message with your full name and your full address?
