Cancelled service on May 30, still getting billed

The service at [Edited: Personal Information]was canceled at the end of May, and there was a credit of -74.68 that I was told would be refunded. Instead, a bill was forwarded that includes June and July charges for Disney+, MHZ Choice, and Peacock premium as well as regular monthly charges.

All services related to this account through Xfinity should have been canceled at the end of may as was assured by your representative on cancellation. Please remove all post-account closing charges and refund by check the 74.68 that was owed when the account closed on May 30.

Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
