Cancelled Service - Still Getting Bills
I cancelled ALL Xfinity services in October 2025. I kept getting charged for a couple of the mobile lines. I called and spoke to 3 different people. The last person I spoke with assured me my service was cancelled in October and I would be getting reimbursements for the additional charges. I did get reimbursed for the charges. on March 14th for 3 months of charges. I got an email today saying I would be charged a final amount in May. I need someone that knows how to update the system properly to fix this situation please.

Thank you for reaching out @user_r7dv5s! I personally would be frustrated if I continued to receive bills after being told multiple times that all services were canceled back in October. Since you’re still receiving final bill notifications after being reimbursed, we’ll need to take a closer look at the account to make sure all services, including the mobile lines, are fully disconnected.
