Cancelled WiFi but Still Getting Charged

I called to cancel my WiFi on 7/31 and am still getting billed. I called back again 8/13 and they said my account has still not been canceled and that there was a note to cancel it, but wasn't actually cancelled. I tried canceling again but was also unable to get it completed because I had been left on hold for so long that I had to hang up. I already returned my modem after my 7/31 call and thought my internet services would be canceled after my call otherwise I would've done it in the store.

Can I get help to finally cancel my internet services?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
