Cancelled
I called multiple times to cancel as I was being charged and my WIFI DID NOT EVEN WORK. I live in a small place and my wifi barely reached 10ft. ridiculous. I emailed and called to cancel. A customer service rep told me my account would be cancelled and no need to worry about the last month payment since I had disconnected my router and modem myself (it was not working a big!!) Now I am being HARASSED by some debt collector claiming to be comcast. this is ridiculous. Nobody in customer service can give me a straight answer.
