Cancelling my internet service

I would like to cancel my internet service completely as I have changed providers. I tried over phone and they did cancel my current plan but I don’t know if it is really cancelled. Is there a way I can get fully cancelled or check if it actually is?

Hi there, @user_dhetu0! If your service was disconnected, you should have received and email to that affect once the disconnection date occurred. If your not sure, we can check on it. Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address.
