Cannot download copy of biil for almost a year now

I have been trying each month to download and print a copy of my bill. Each time Xfinity is having problems with downloading. I Have been going through this for almost a year now. I have contacted Xfinity many times and still have same issue.  This is insane. And nothing is being done about it.

user_iday2x Thanks for reaching out about your issue downloading your billing to print off. I would be happy to look into why this is happening for you, and work to get it fixed. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Well, your instructions are confusing. Direct messaging (speech bubble) doesn't exist that I can find, even searched it. Pencil and Paper icon ???  Wish there was a way to contact Xfinity Customer Service to get this straightened out. Impossible and thinking about switching to another provider. I am no longer going to go through this each month after complaints to Customer Service in India who does nothing to correct it. I don't think they know how eighter.

Do you have Adobe Reader installed on your system?  Or some kind of app that will read .pdf files?
