Cant cancel service

Been trying to cancel for 3 months, scheduled a dozen calls backs to never hear from a single one, then to get a call saying I'm late on payments for a service you have been trying to cancel, and explain the situation and she basically said it wasn't her problem, beyond unprofessional I will never use xfinity again and you will never see a cent for these 3 months of [Edited: Language]
