cant change any billing info

keeps looping on sending me a verification code, how the [Edited: Language] am i supposed to pay my bill if the card on file is expired and i cant change it? this has happened in chrome Version 129.0.6668.101, on chrome on mobile, as well as edge and does not change if i do email or text. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible. I can't get to an agent because the [Edited: Language] chatbot that gate keeps you from speaking to someone cannot possibly process anything outside the prompts.

This was resolved via a conversation with 3 customer services reps, but a screenshot of a jira ticket to fix the problem would be appreciated

bryceald we are glad to hear that you were able to get this issue resolved even though it took multiple conversations. Did you end up working with a representative via chat or over the phone?
