Can’t Chat or Message – Account Suspended

Hi, my Xfinity account is currently suspended and I’m unable to reach anyone through chat or phone. I also don’t have the option to send a direct message here on the forum.
Can a support agent please enable my messaging access or help me resolve this ASAP? I need to discuss a payment arrangement or service restoration. Thank you.
