Can’t Find Xfinity Mobile Account to Stop Bill??
My wife and I got a bundle deal last October on an internet/mobile line combo. Now that the deal is expired and I would like to cancel the mobile line, I have no access to that account. I am, however, still receiving emails about it AND the bill increased in price by $40. Now, it’s a whopping $86 threatening to be auto-billed with our internet. We cannot afford this, and also do not the line it whatsoever. Please help!
