Hey there, @user_ssa0oc! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I am sorry to hear about the troubles with accessing the billing details, and we will certainly document the feedback on our end. Have you cleared the browser cache and cookies? If so, can you attempt to access the site incognito? There are a few other ways to process the payment in the meantime by calling 1-800-XFINITY or visiting an Xfinity store near you to pay at a kiosk. Please let us know if any of those help the access.

user_z8owtk Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I just want to confirm, you were able to process the payment by using an incognito window? Or did you still need further assistance?

I'm having the same issue! I click on Make Payment and get the following:

Sorry, this isn’t working right now

Please return to My Account Overview while we resolve the issue.

pow111, Oh no! I understand how important it is to easily pay the bill. I am so sorry to learn about this experience with having the same issue. You've come to the right place. Have you tried clearing cache and cookies or accessing the site in incognito like my awesome colleague mentioned? Have you happened to try the XFINITY app as another great digital option for making payments whether at home or on the go?

I'm also having this problem. I attempt to pay the bill on the app, and get the same exact error "This isn't working right now", and I'm unable to pay online, because it directs me to get the app. So frustrating!

Greetings, @user_e0emem! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues making a payment, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

It sounds like your Xfinity app is trying to authenticate your login through the same Xfinity app. I run into this with my own account every 30 days or so. When you get the popup asking you to open the app, you should be able to click on it and then select "Yes it's me" to return to your payment attempt. The Xfinity app will run this popup through the default browser on your device (Safari for iPhone, Chrome for Android). If it keeps getting stuck in a loop, you may need to clear the cache, cookies, history, etc. in the default browser app settings.

You can also try logging in to a separate incognito browser window, so you can authenticate your login in the app separately. Once you successfully log in, it should be good for the next 30 days or so, just be sure to select the "Remember this browser" on the login screen.

Had the same issue and now I'm being charged two months and a late fee. Currently on the phone being lied to about nothing having been wrong for these past few weeks.

To continue on here, have you tried any troubleshooting steps yet like the ones referenced by our awesome Xfinity experts in this thread?
