change payment method

My credit card was restricted but I have a new one.  I can't find the place to change my payment method online.

I have had the worst time connecting with xfinity to change my payment method. the site does not allow me to do this and I have tried to connect with them since 10 am this morning! VERY POOR SERVICE. My old bank account was hacked and all I want to do is be able to  pay my bill without problems. I can believe than can't mail bills anymore, It is only a way for them to charge late fees. It says my connection will be tirned off if I don't pay. I had a heart attack and am back home thanks to a doctor here in Hereford, MD and Dr. Finney at St. Joesph Hospital. I should not have to go to all this troulbe since 10 AM this morning to connect with xfiniy. I called twice and got hung up on. So how does one do this so it ends up a win win situation instead of pure furtration and hatred of the company I get cable service with?

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.

I have the internet you advertised for senior citizens at $30./month, but when I tried to change my debit card number, the message said I don't have any xfinity accounts.  ????
