Changing wifi plan

Hello, 

I'm changing my wifi plan and was unable to select keep current hardware, but now it is telling me I have 15 days to return it. I cannot return it, I need it for access to the internet, and it made no price difference. How do I update this?

Yes, the order did not let me change it so I didn’t think it would be a problem.

@user_ey4c50 Thanks, that should be fine. If you get a new modem, you can return either one. The system just wants to ensure there is only one onsite. Did you get a new modem shipped?
