Charged for a device I returned

I was charged for a device[doorbell cam] I returned and they keep saying that they made the adjustment while each month the same price shows up in my account then this month they charged me $100 for the dumb thing that I already sent back, since they are emotional terrorist and lack honest respect for the client they should be fired. Since they refuse to do an average job. I’m also certain they’ve been breaking and entering into the property I live at since the same problem has happened at another apartment building i lived in a few years ago when I had Xfinity.

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
