Charged for equipment I returned

I returned equipment but am continuing to see the charge on my account. I tried to contact through the chat but have been waiting for almost two hours

short stories....I had equitment for 5 months on <Edited: Personal Information> ..living with friend in wheel chair had move because of hurricane...

Returned the equitment December 28, 2024,..JANUARY 14, 2025 Got new equitment for condo leased...returned it June 27, 2025...Now Comcast is trying to say...I had 6 month contract...When was month to month... Bill collector barely speaks English ...and has no record of my account...that it was monthly...
