Charged for in-home service visit, but waived by xfinity customer service human agent
I encountered a connection issue last month (Sep 10), and contacted an xfinity human customer service agent online via the chatbot. I was suggested by the agent to schedule an in-home service visit to fix the issue. I explicitly asked for the charges and when I was told the charge I REFUSED the arrangement. The agent then offered me a waiver for the charge, that promised me charging me nothing for the visit, I then accepted the offer and the agant arranged the visit for me.
However, when I check out the bill this month, I am charged $100 for the in-home service visit. I am very disappointed by the deceptive tatics and look for a correction for the bill.
