Charged for months after cancelling my services
I've visited the xifinity store multiples times and also spoke on the phone with customer services reps at least 3 times . They all said I will not get charged again and will be refunded all the charges applied to my card after the cancellation. But I'm still getting charged. What should I do? This is so frustrating . Please help .
