Charged twice after cancelling

I was charged $93.91 for the month of August, AFTER my lease ended july 31st . The wifi has NOT been used since then when  I thought I cancelled my account. I called in september, and you said it would get refunded and my account was cancelled. Well I never received the refund AND i was just charged ANOTHER 93.91. I deserve a refund as soon as possible and I will need an email confirmation that my account is definitely cancelled and that I will be receiving a refund of $187.82.
