Charged twice for now wifi pass and it's not letting me connect any devices
I purchased the now wifi pass on June 7th and it has not worked since. I have chatted with several agents who were not able to resolve the issue. Should i make a report for fraud charges on my bank card since it was charged for a service I don't have

I am not a current Xfinity customer. I attempted to purchase the 30 day pass. Every time I put in my card information, it kept saying invalid card number. But when I just checked my bank account, I was charged all 4 attempts I made. How can I get this reversed?
