I completely understand how frustrating it is to be stuck in a loop trying to reach a live agent over the last few days. That is not the experience you should have when you just want a simple answer about your service plan. I am here for you and I promise you won’t have to jump through any more hoops to get help @user_t2rz77
Let's get things sorted out! How can I help you with your service plan today?

Please check my account ending in 1317. My bill for the last year has been $60.66 a month. My last emailed bill was $104.66. Please let me know if this is a mistake or what. Thank you C. Rankin

Hello @user_3765l3, thank you for the comment.  I can certainly understand your concern after seeing your monthly bill increase from $60.66 to $104.66, especially when your bill has remained consistent for the past year. In many cases, an increase like this can occur when a promotional discount has expired and rolled off the account. We do our best to help customers prepare for these changes by including notices on billing statements when a promotion is nearing its expiration date, so there are no surprises once the new rate takes effect. That said, we'd be happy to review your account and confirm exactly what caused the increase. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to send us a direct message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
