Good morning @user_iryjxn, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear that you are getting a notification that you are being sent to collections for an account you never used, but you have come to the right place for assistance. When you say you never used the service, did you sign up for an account at some point, and then never activate the service, or did you never request Xfinity services?

@user_iryjxn Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist you with your account and collection concerns. 
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
