Concerning late payment

I would like to know if there is help in allowing me to pay my bill on April 3 2025? I have a payment arrangement set up to pay by March 26 2025 but will not be able to make that payment on that time as previously thought. I have fallen a little behind as I have been dealing with health problems and the many costs that come with that(I am currently recovering from a bone marrow transplant as I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia). I very much need my services for handling appointments, medications, at home doctor visits and more. I hope that you can work with me on this as I can guarantee there will be a payment made on April 3rd. I tired dealing with the chat robot thing but it was of not help. I hope you can help me. Thank you

With the current status of the account, you would need to submit a request for payment arrangement online through our self-service 'Set up a payment arrangement for your Xfinity balance' support page. Here, you can view eligible dates to schedule a payment arrangement. 

 

Alternatively, you can also visit our 'How to set up an installment plan for a past-due balance' support page where you can determine if the account is eligible for an installment plan of the past-due balance. The account can only go through these options in order to help secure services as we are unable to process these requests.
