Contacting supervisor after terrible customer experience.
Has anyone had any luck reaching a supervisor? I contacted the live assisant regarding an increase in my bill that was unexpected. 1.5-2 hours later, I had spoken to three different people already that constantly tried to sell me xfinity mobile and change my package despite telling them I just wanted to go back to my $35 a month for internet package that I had been paying for instead of the $100 bill I was charged. Finally I was given a number to call at which point the woman told me the exact same thing (she would try and find a package). After finally getting her to listen to me by telling her that I was seriously on the verge of having a panic attack, that the three other people had already told me the same thing, and that I just wanted to go back to my old package, she told me that wasn't possible. All this time, I was literally begging to just speak to a supervisor. It finally ended in me just cancelling my services, but I would be fine going back to my basic internet package, and I feel like there has to be a way to do this rather than losing a customer.

The concern is not "Home Networking" help related...... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
