Contract Pricing Ending Next Month
My recent bill indicated that a portion of my contract pricing is ending next month. I am trying to be proactive to see if there are any new promotional contract pricing that allows me to afford and keep the 2 services that I use (TV and Internet). Hoping to get some assistance from an Xfinity rep.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
