Cost is too high

Hi, First, I would like to cancel Paramount + please. Next, I would like you to lower my monthly bill. My bill for just internet and modem has gone up way too much this month. Frontier has just finished installing fiber internet in our neighborhood and is offering MUCH lower prices for faster internet. I've been with Xfinity forever, so I thought I'd give you a chance to lower my bill and speed up my internet before I start researching what package I will get from frontier. Thank you

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
