Credit Balance

Hello, I have a credit balance that I would like transferred to my bank account.

P.S. The account is no longer active. I had a card associated with the account before it was disconnected.

I see that you stated you have a credit balance that you would like transferred to your bank account and appreciate you confirming that the account is no longer active. I also see that you stated you had a card associated with the account before it was disconnected. To confirm, was that card the last payment method used? 

 

If you have a remaining credit balance on your Xfinity account after disconnecting your service, you can expect a refund in 4-6 weeks and it is typically applied to the last payment method used. If an automatic refund isn't possible, you'll receive an email with instructions to claim the refund online at xfinityrefunds.com. If there’s no email address on file or you don’t act on the email notification within 15-calendar days, you’ll receive a physical prepaid card in the mail in 7-15 business days instead.
