Credit card change

I have NOW internet and pay auto on my credit card.   I am changing Credit cards and need to make this change in the billing.  How can I do that?

Hi there, @coool Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us today regarding needing to change your credit card on file. Please follow the following steps.-Richard

 

  1. Open the Xfinity app and log in using your Xfinity ID.
  2. Tap the Account tab located at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select Bill details under the account balance section.
  4. Tap Bill settings in the payment section.
  5. Select Payment methods.
  6. Here, you'll find the option to Remove or Add a Payment Method.
  7. Choose Add a Payment Method.
  8. Select New credit/debit card.
  9. Confirm your identity by entering the six-digit code sent to your trusted contact method (like your phone number or email).
  10. Enter your name and the new credit card information.
  11. Agree to the Stored Payment Methods Terms & Conditions.
  12. Tap Save. 
You'll receive a confirmation message once the credit card is successfully added.
