Credit for lost services

I've been without internet since Helene came through and knocked everything out at just shy of 4am on September 27th. It took almost 10 days to get power, but I'm still without the services I pay for. Granted, I was given a credit of about half my monthly bill, but that credit was only through the 14th. It's now the 18th and I'm being told I'm not eligible for a credit.  Why not? I still don't have service.

@user_7zyuzm I'm sorry to hear your services still haven't been restored. I would be more than happy to review your account to see what's going on in the area. I also want to see why you were informed you're not eligible for another credit.
