Credit issuance
You owe me more that a measly $5 credit for your nationwide outage. I had to go through T-mobile just so I could work at home without interruptions. I demanding a $50 credit for each week that this outage continues because now I’m paying for two Internet services because your company can’t be reliable.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@Cb00 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. Working from home myself, I completely understand where you're coming from regarding needing your home network up and running and credits for service when not working correctly. I'm glad that our awesome Forum expert @EG was able to bring this to my attention.
Regarding the credit for time without service, I did want to help get the proper expectations that credits are only applied for the days when service is affected. This is outlined under the teams and conditions when the service order was accepted. You can review your legal agreements following the easy steps outlined here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-find-contract
We do have an easy self-help option to request credits, I also found this helpful article that has the walkthrough steps: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/credit-xfinity-assistant
