Credit not recognized
Hi,
I already tried a ticket being submitted, automatically denied…. I have proof that I should not be charged $137 from forward balance for July. I received a text informing of this credit, shows posted to my account as well I have proof of this as well. Attached is the text I received showing the credit of $137 which would make the charge from July correct and August bill of $315 totally Incorrect and in-fact essentially theft of $137 of my money. I need immediate action and assistance with this. Already spent hours chatting with text support who called me Amy and passed me around to 7-8 different representatives who all tried to upsell me on more expensive plans…. Thanks
