Customer Service email address

I NEED the customer service email address to send a photo of the problem. This is absolutely ridiculous that you cannot get a human. I DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO A ROBOT.  I am being overcharged. FIOS does not treat customers this way!

I'm not able to make out the issue as the screenshot is not displaying clearly, but I would like to assist.  Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address, so we can get you authenticated and discuss the situation.
