Customer Service Phone That Works

Is there a number I can call where I can get a live person that speaks English and that I can trust?  Your automated system is complete garbage, endless loops.  My next call is the FTC to file a complaint.  Double billing for three months now.  I've called at least 3 times over the past 3 months, each time there is no resolution by your support staff.  I was told to not pay, I was told to call my bank to block charges....this is insane.

Anyone who is considering a new phone service, my suggestion is go with a company that knows what they are doing.
