Data usage doubled

My monthly data usage for 10 months was average around 500 gigs, now the last two months it is at 1.2 terabytes, nothing has changed and I was even out of state for 10 days one month. I attempted calling Xfinity and spoke to someone who is not English speaking and all they wanted to do was upgrade my service. Anyone know who to contact about this?
