Debt collection notice from Sequium Asset Solutions, LLC for an account closed almost an year ago.

I recently received an mail from Sequium Asset solutions LLC stating I owe Comcast $42.57. But as far as I remember I paid out whatever was due last year before moving out of my old apartment.

I have an internet account and xfinity mobile account; both are in good standing with auto pay set up. I have 2 collections (1 for Comcast and the other for xfinity mobile) on my credit report from Sequium. I called Xfinity customer service and they say there is no record of me having an account in collections so they can't help me.

Thank you for reaching out @user_d00xq1 Did you by chance ask the collection company for a copy to the collection/bill?
