Hey @user_f8vsc0

I know receiving an unexpected charge can be nerve wracking. Do not worry, we are here to help! Did you recently receive any notification through email that your billing cycle dates would be changing?

When I was receiving paper bills the due date was the 27th.  Now with automatic deduction from checking the deduction date is the 30th.

@user_f8vsc0  You may be receiving your bill on a different day of the month than you are used to. This is happening because the Billing Date will now match the Services From date due to a billing system update. Your due date or automatic payment date may change. Once the new bill cycles, the new dates will show:

  • On the PDF version of your bill online or on the paper statement (for those still receiving paper statements)
    • If you have automatic payments, it will show the date your payment will be made, not the due date.

This is only hapening in some states for now, though if you are part of this change you would have received updates prior.

The bill message was included on bills between February 14 and March 13.

      • Important Information: We’re updating our billing system over the next few months, which may impact your billing date and payment due date. We’ll let you know how to find your updated due date on your statement, once it’s available. Thanks for being an Xfinity member.”
    • The email was sent on February 16.
    •
    • May: A bill message and an email to all customers.
      • A bill message will be on bills between May 10 and June 9.
      • The email was sent on May 10.
  • You may need to update your delivery preferences for email/text on the Xfinity app.
  • Your monthly rate will not change

If you have automatic payments set up through a third party, like my bank, Venmo, or Apple Pay, you should contact them to make sure your payment is processed on or before the new due date.
