Device Lost/Unable to return

When I was setting up my internet at my new house, the device was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address and I had to contact Xfinity to get a new modem.  The new one works great, but the old one is still on my account and I don't have it and would like it removed from my account so it doesn't bill me.  thanks!

@user_2qb1sd, thanks so much for working with us today. This was an easy fix. We had to remove the first modem that was shipped to the wrong address and apply a credit for the extra charge for this past month. The extra modem has been removed, and you are all set.
