Discount is discontinued after changing bank account
I changed my bank account for auto payments, and the $10 discount I used to receive disappeared. I'm still enrolled in auto payments and paperless billing. Could you help me continue receiving this discount?

@user_0jg2a2 Welcome to our community forum and thank you @EG for moving this post for greater visibility :). I appreciate you reaching out so we can answer your questions about the discount for Paperless Billing and Autopay with a bank account.
When you make a change to your billing preferences, the system will automatically apply the billing discount within 45 days, but in my experience, it's usually much sooner than that. I'm happy to check your account and make sure everything looks good on my side of things.
Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address so I can find the account and get started on a resolution.
