Disney Bundle Trio Premium Subscription

I had subscribed to the Disney Trio Premium bundle on my X1 equipment and billing was fine for October and November billing cycle.  For some reason though, it was no longer on my bill for December.  I received an email from Disney+ in late December to update my payment method but I paid through my Xfinity bill.  I was instructed by Xfinity Promoter Experience to cancel my existing subscription and resubscribe through my X1, which I did last night.  I received two emails confirming my subscription through Xfinity.  However, I still do not have access to any channels on the Disney Trio (D+, ESPN+, Hulu) via my X1 equipment or through their respective streaming apps.  Looking for some guidance here.  It has been a bit frustrating.
