Dispute with my July 2026 bill - fraudulent charges

Hello,

In June 2025, I signed up for internet services and was informed by the customer service agent, Vivian, via text that I would be paying $50 per month for my first year. To my shock, in December 2025, my monthly bill increased to $70 per month. Earlier today, I was surprised to learn that Xfinity charged me $100.87 for the July bill. when I contacted customer support, they tried to misrepresent the facts that my contract expired and that's why the price increased. Which is not true. I saved all my text messages, online billing and transaction history and if Xfinity is not willing to settle this dispute, the next step is filing a complaint with the attorney general's office and the utility commission.
