Documented Billing Error

I’m requesting assistance from Executive Customer Relations regarding my Xfinity account.
I’ve already attempted standard support channels and need a clear, documented resolution related to billing and account accuracy. I have a documented billing error.

user_n4igdi Thank you for stopping in for help with your billing concerns. Having issues getting anything addressed is not the experience we want any customer to have, and we appreciate you stopping in and making a post so we can better assist. Since we are a community-focused page, we do try to resolve issues as much as we can in public before asking customers to come into private so we can discuss account-specific details. With that if you could tell us a little more about the issue, we can make sure you get the help you need.

I have been over charged $37.95 a month for equipment that I do not have. I called Xfinity and was offered a credit of $50 and told they cannot do anything else. I have been over paying for AT LEAST 36 months. I would like to speak with someone in regards to a credit / refund for the over payment.

I am not accepting a $50 courtesy credit as resolution of a billing error that has resulted in approximately $1,366.20 in erroneous charges over 48 months.
