Double Billed for 8 months and waiting for 6 months for a refund

Disconnected Account # ending in - [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Current Active account # ending in - [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Double charge Months - March 2025 - November 2025

Account ending in [Edited: "Personal Information"] should have been disconnected March 2025 when new account ending in [Edited: "Personal Information"] was activated . However Comcast kept billing me for the old account and also the new account until November 2025 which when they disconnected it and stopped the Auto pay .

- First ECM - [Edited: "Personal Information"] - Opened in January 2026 , now they have no record of it or team cannot find it

- Contacted Customer service in May 2026 to check on status - Said will be resolved in 14 days

- Contacted Customer service again 09/17/2026 and after 1.5 hrs getting bounced off by 3 agents who heard my story , put me on hold and then miraculously would be picked up by another agent who I had to repeat my whole story to and then again . Finally I got someone who made another ECM ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"] , and trust me when I say , all 3 agents were so confident that they would solve it . So after the third agent created [Edited: "Personal Information"], literally 10  mins after the call , The ticket gets closed .. WOW !!! Screenshot below

DAY 2 :

I call back again today 09/18/2026 - Again I am bounced 2 times (put on hold and then a new person) and then finally after 1.45 hrs of explaining and waiting I get a "Supervisor" . At this point this is all with the offshore team and they tell me they have no leverage to authorize a refund of more than $150 and I kept telling them , send me to the US but NO .. they keep  rotating me with the Offshore team . She creates a ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Now I get the Offshore Supervisor , after 25 mins , she says she is gonna refund me some equipment cost that they deducted , even though I have a receipt of return (which I have no clue about ) but ok . I finally see a credit on my account .

For the rest of the $1100 in double bills (amounts circled in my statement below) she created another ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"]. She said that the earlier tickets were created wrong and the one she created now is accurate and to the right team .

It's 6 PM CST now , 7 hours after that last call and the digital ticketing system shows me that the ticket does not exist . I am at my wits end with this .

How is it legal or ethical for COMCAST to keep over $1100 due to billing issues on their end . One service to one home = 1 Billing amount .

This needs to be resolved by someone who can and has the power to do so .

It does not take 5 hrs of cumulative calls , 7 offshore agents and 6 ECM tickets (none of which are now in the system) to figure out billing between 2 accounts for the same service address.

Below is the screenshot of the billing statement showing amounts been taken for the old account and are circled in RED

Yes I have sent a Direct Message with all the information needed .

I just need y'all to refund the monies . Bank statements are attached and I am very sure there is enough proof in your accounting systems to verify those said amounts . It's almost $1100. And dragging this for almost a year  is unethical and shows the blatant  lack of respect for your customer's time and loyalty . I dont think I need to remind the 2 or the 4  Core values you have as a company

- Doing the right thing and acting with integrity- It’s as simple as doing what’s right and treating people the right way.
- Respect for each other- We are committed to a culture of fairness, respect, and inclusion for our teammates, customers, suppliers, in our programming, and in the communities we serve.

I have received none of the above . Empower your people especially Offshore customer service teams.

You save money by sending calls there , so use some that money to train them and help them help us . Not by scaring them to try every method to avoid them connecting or escalating the issue  to someone in the US or giving strikes to the outsourced company for bringing it to someone's attention in the US .

Customer satisfaction is a KPI as well , not just bottom line $$ or EBITDA and Share prices.
