@user_60wm1p,

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time out of your Wednesday to reach out. As a paying customer myself, I can understand the inconvenience caused by being over-billed. You've reached the right team. Over social media, we are a team of experts who specialize in resolving billing concerns. We can help. To get started, please send us a mod mail message with your full address and name so we can ensure we pull up the correct account.

Hi there! Sorry for any confusion on how to get a DM sent to us. Here are the steps below and we will be waiting for your response.
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
