Email from Escalation Specialist with no return email
I have finally heard from an Escalation Specialist to help me with a billing error I have been dealing with for seven months. They emailed me with a phone number, asking me when a good time to call is. I called the number and left a message and haven't heard back. There is no email address to reply to the specialist and the email they sent to me is from No-Reply@comcast.com
How am I supposed to schedule a call with them if there is no way to reply to their email?

Thanks for meeting us here, @user_877dsi. We're happy to assist with getting you in communication with your Escalation Specialist. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and address, so we may investigate this for you. We look forward to hearing from you.
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.

Another week has gone by where I have been told that someone at Xfinity has called and left voicemails. There have been no missed calls and no voicemails. I am extremely disappointed in how long Xfinity has drawn this issue out. You have now had a number of agents confirm this was a billing error on your side but have yet to credit my account or provide any update as to why this is so delayed. I have requested numerous times that a date/time be specified for me to speak with someone directly. I've been assured this would be arranged and yet it has not. I am at a loss as to how to correctly fix this issue when you have made it impossible to communicate directly.
