Email states service was disconnected due to overdue balance, but service is cancelled with $0 balance

Hello,

I cancelled my Xfinity internet & mobile services a couple of months ago, and paid off all the remaining balances. However, I just got an email stating that my service has been disconnected because of an overdue balance that remains unpaid. I double checked on the portal that there is a $0 balance in my account, but I still got this email, and just wanted to make sure everything was taken care of.

I see that you received an email regarding an overdue balance after cancelling your internet and mobile account a couple of months ago and paying your remaining balances. To confirm, did you return any XFINITY equipment that was in your possession when you cancelled?

I returned one, and got a confirmation email saying that I successfully dropped off the equipment at an UPS store.
