Enough with the rate increases already!
I am very disappointed at how much my bill has increased in the past few years. I have been a loyal Comcast customer for several years and have always paid my bill on time. When my contract ended in December, my costs jumped from $249.58 to $283.41. I talked to several Comcast employees via phone, chat and in person, to try to negotiate a lower price on my bill while retaining our current Internet speed. No one was willing to help me reduce my costs without sacrificing most of the TV channels that we watch the most. There was not even a glimmer of the possibility of reducing my rate for being a long-term customer. I guess because Comcast is the only game in town, you can continue to charge exorbitantly high prices, while simultaneously not rewarding long-term, loyal customers. Your customers have almost nowhere else to turn for service which gives you the luxury of continuing to raise your rates. And no one seems to care. In fact, the Comcast employee who I met with in person did not return my phone call or text when I tried to follow up with questions. Signed, Aggravated and going broke on Comcast charges
